With nearly 30 years in the industry, this company boasts extensive experience in creating high-quality homes featuring luxurious finishes. They specialize in custom-built, exclusive properties designed to meet the needs and desires of affluent clients.About the Role:
- Full coordination and management of projects within budget, timeline, and scope of work.
- Management and analysis of procurement documentation for subcontractors and suppliers, including tenders, pricing schedules, and scopes of work.
- Cost reporting and analysis to effectively manage the construction budget.
- Administration and management of claims, extensions of time (EOTs), and requests for information (RFIs).
- Liaise with team members and monitor site progress.
About You (Skills and Experience):
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Contract Administration within high-end residential construction.
- Experiance with Jobpac is preferred.
- Proactive and motivated, with the ability to lead and thrive independently on projects.
- Proficient in understanding and interpreting design documents.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, or Quantity Surveying.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
