about the company
Randstad is proud to announce our collaboration with a SSC for the RTR team’s expansion.
We are currently looking for RTR Accountant, who will report to the Finance Manager to support migration of new countries and stablize the internal process.
…about the job
- Responsible for preparing the full set of RTR(P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Audit Schedules) for both month-end and year-end reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and maintaining a strong focus on controllership.
- Assist the Finance Manager with year-end statutory reporting, including audits, corporate tax filings, and other local regulatory submissions. This involves preparing audit schedules, financial statements, and addressing audit queries and issues.
- Fully support the Finance Manager in the implementation of the Group’s internal controls framework (COSO), and participate in transformation or process-improvement projects.
- Assist in management decision-making by providing key financial insights.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
it’ll be good if you are
- experience in both SSC and commercial company
- interested with project exposure
- degree in accounting is preferrable
- good knowledge in apac countries tax requirements and accounting standards is a plus
