Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme:As a Midwife you may be eligible for one of the two Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme offers below (eligibility criteria for each apply)Midwifery Sign-on BonusA $20,000 lump sum sign-on bonus for midwives moving from work in an NSW MM1 and MM2 location to work in an NSW MM3 to MM7 location, or midwives moving from interstate to work in an NSW MM3 to MM7 location (proof of relocation must be provided)*.Please refer to eligibility criteria and further information via the following link:You may be eligible for other incentives and benefits under the Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme after your first 12 months of service including a retention incentive of up to $10,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time employees).*All payments and reimbursements made to part time employees will be on a pro-rata basisORThis vacancy may be eligible for an Attraction and Relocation package that includes the following*:

  • Attraction incentive of up to $10,000 for the first 12-months

  • An eligibility list will be created for future temporary part time vacancies.
