AxL Spa, divisione Grandi Clienti, seleziona per Contact Center leader italiano nel settore del Business Process Outsourcing:ADDETTI CALL CENTER SETTORE ASSICURATIVONon è fondamentale aver maturato esperienza pregressa in tale ambito: prevediamo un percorso di formazione strutturato ad hoc che prevede il conseguimento della certificazione IVASS, come previsto dalle normative vigenti, nonché delle competenze utili per saper gestire il rapporto con il Cliente al fine di promuovere e proporre polizze assicurative nel Ramo Danni.Cosa offriamo:
- Formazione certificante IVASS a carico dell’azienda
- Fisso orario garantito di 8,59 €/h
- Contratto part time a 20 h/settimana,con turni a rotazione dal Lun al Sab dalle 9:30 alle 21:00, sab 10-19 (Predilezione per pomeriggio/sera e Sabati)
- Incentivi economici ai massimi livelli di mercato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
- Coach dedicato
- Affiancamento iniziale e continuo
- Assistenza sanitaria integrativa
- Flessibilità oraria ed organizzativa

Requisiti:
