You will be in charge of the consolidated reporting fore the company and reporting to the senior manager of the team.…Main responsibilities of the Assistant Manager, Group Reporting
- Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and reporting requirements to holding company.
- Prepare quarterly reports for Bursa Malaysia announcements and Bank Negara Malaysia submissions.
- Perform fluctuation analysis to understand the operations of all subsidiaries and identify variations or relationships that are inconsistent.
- Provide support and communicate to all subsidiary finance personnel on accounting and group reporting matters.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Experience in consolidation
- Able to work independently and have a good eye for details
- Professional qualifications (ACCA/MIA/CIMA/CPA/ICAEW) will be an added advantage
- Experience with BURSA reporting will be an added advantage
