Whats the role?Youll be based at Riverside Clinic in Ipswich within our Control Room.The Base Appointment Bookers role is to help ensure the service runs smoothly and efficiently by managing the patients by booking appointments and assisting the shift Coordinator.Main duties of the job
- You will help ensure that patients are seen efficiently either at one of our Out of hours bases.
- Youll work with a supportive team, consisting of base appointment bookers who are responsible for making the appointments for the patients, a Clinical Shift Lead, who supports the control room from a clinical perspective and a Shift Co-Ordinator that oversees the shifts and manages the home visits.
- Youll also help balance the workload of our clinicians on shift, helping identify suitable times to take breaks.
