- Prepare quotations and cost analyses, and engage in negotiations to close sales with mutually agreed terms and conditions.
- Review and analyze drawings and designs, gathering necessary information to finalize layouts and designs.
- Coordinate project handovers to the Production Planner and factory representatives for the manufacturing process.
- Manage contractual adjustments during projects to ensure profitability.
- Process change orders without negatively impacting production or shipment schedules.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Secure new projects and ensure successful completion of ongoing projects to meet sales targets.
- Relay customer feedback and insights to the factory for product development and continuous service enhancement.
- Maintain accurate customer records and data.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments from supervisors as required.
skills/requirement
- Must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, or Degree in Engineering or HVAC studies.
- Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in the HVAC industry will have an advantage.
- Familiarity with key technical aspects and solutions for air-conditioning products is a plus.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required as the candidate will report directly to their counterpart in China.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and AutoCAD.
- Moderate travel is required.
