Accurately input and update customer information, transactions, and account details into banking systems. Ensure timely processing of data entries related to deposits, withdrawals, and other banking operations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations. Review and validate data entries for accuracy and completeness. Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in data records. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with banking regulations. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports related to banking operations and customer accounts. Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies. Provide support to other departments as needed and facilitate communication between teams. Good to have: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business administration is a plus. Proven experience in data entry, data validation, or administrative roles, preferably in the banking or financial sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and banking software or data entry systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume tasks. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Job Type: 1 year contract (renewable and extendable) Location: TRX/Klang/Chulan Tower Working time: 8.45am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break) Overtime may be required during peak periods or to meet project deadlines.
