Requirements:Possess at least SPM or above. Fresh graduate is welcome to join
- Fluency in speaking and writing traditional mandarin and conversional English speaking
- Available to work 24 rotational shift (9 Hours including 1 hour break)
- 5 days working hours and 2 rotational off days including working on weekend and public holidays.
- Passionate on customer experience related tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- You are required to work on site at Subang Jaya, Office
- Available to start work on 28 October 2024 Scopes:
- Provide support through various channels (phone, email, live chat) to answer questions about bookings, payment issues, and platform navigation. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to booking changes, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring timely and effective resolution. • Provide guidance on available options, pricing, and any special promotions to help customers make informed decisions. • Solicit customer feedback after travel experiences through surveys or follow-up communications to gather insights for service improvement. • Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to encourage repeat bookings and customer engagement.
Salary Package: RM4000 + TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCES RM20 PER DAY (10 pm – 6 am) + UP TO RM500 KPI ALLOWANCE.

- 14 ANNUAL LEAVE & 14 MEDICAL LEAVE IS PROVIDED
- Paid training is provided for 1 month
- Location: Nearby LRT Subang Jaya
