SUITE 5 THERAPIES & DIETETIC ADMIN SERVICES37.5 HOURS PER WEEK – MONDAY-FRIDAYMonday = 7:45am-3:45pmTuesday = 8:30am-4:30pmWednesday = 9:00am-5:00pmThursday = 9:00am-5:00pmFriday = 8:30am-4:30pmSalary: £23,615 per annum – AfC Band 2A permanent full time vacancy has arisen for a Patient and Administration Support Assistant to work as part of the Suite 5 Administration Team.Main duties of the jobYou will provide full clerical and reception support to the Suite 5 Department and undertake general clerical duties for the Nutrition and Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Speech and Language Therapy Services within Suite 5.You will possess or be working towards a typing/word processing/IT qualification (or equivalent) and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of general office practices.
