AxL SpA – Business Unit di Milano – seleziona per azienda cliente del settore della ristorazione figure che possano ricoprire la posizione di:CAPI/E CUOCHI/ELa nostra azienda cliente è un pilastro storico della ristorazione aziendale e al fine di implementare il proprio organico sta ricercando una figura di Capo cuoco/a che, inserita nel team di gestione della cucina e in collaborazione con il Direttore, si occupi di:– ordine delle derrate alimentari e relativa conservazione delle stesse;
– coordinamento delle attività di cucina e servizi annessi;
– registrazione di reportistica;
– preparazione delle linee;
– verifica del rispetto delle procedure HACCP e di Sicurezza;
– collaborazione con il Direttore nel coordinamento della squadra di lavoro.Si richiede:
– disponibilità immediata;
– esperienza pregressa nella mansione;
– essere in possesso di attestato HACCP;
– capacità di lavorare in team.Completano il profilo dinamismo, buone doti organizzative, proattività e flessibilità oraria.Si offre:
– contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di inserimento a tempo indeterminatoRetribuzione
RAL commisurata sulla base dell’esperienza fino a 38.000/40.000€Orario di lavoro: full time dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 6.30 alle 15.30Benefit:
